Worship Director/Pastor

We are looking for a Worship Director/Pastor to lead at our Downtown Phoenix location. A brief job description is below:

The purpose of this job is:

To facilitate a high-quality worship experience and develop a healthy worship community through recruiting, relationship building, and discipling creative volunteers.

This position involves coordinating the mid-week planning and execution of weekend church services in addition to various mid-week events and services. The worship director/pastor assists the Creative Pastor with the identification and development of new team members, as well as training and discipling them into active members of our church family and creative team.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

-  Ability to lead worship with excellence, plan and create set lists, and lead a team of volunteers to provide a vibrant, meaningful, and Jesus-centered worship experience.

-  Displays an aptitude for discipling people: building meaningful relationships, caring for people, training and developing team members and leaders—helping people realize and reach their God-given potential.

-  Ability to lead others with a servant’s heart: good organizational and managerial skills, delegates well, finds the gold in each individual and empowers them to contribute their gifts and talents.

Production Tech

We are looking for a Production Technician to join the Creative Team. A brief job description is below:

The purpose of this job is:

To serve as an AVL tech across all City of Grace locations. This position is responsible for all Audio/Video/Lighting related matters. This includes design, maintenance, and repair of production systems and equipment. The role also involves the oversight, scheduling and development of teams of production volunteers for events and worship services. This position requires a qualified individual with competencies in all things related to AVL, as well as leadership, organization, team building, problem-solving, self-starting, and collaboration.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

-  Experience in a fast paced church, theatrical, or live production setting maintaining and operating production equipment (including, but not limited to audio consoles, lighting consoles, camera switchers, LED and projection, and various lighting fixtures and effects).

-  Ability to build volunteer teams through servant-hearted leadership by developing meaningful relationships and training and equipping team members of all skill levels.

-  Is organized, a self-starter, team player, and is adept at problem solving, strategic thinking, and planning ahead.

Facilities Maintenance Tech

We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Tech. A brief job description is below:

The purpose of this job is:

To ensure building systems and grounds are kept in the most excellent condition and a ministry-ready state.  The Facilities Technician works to maintain the day-to-day building operations and fulfill special projects across all campuses as needed.

Primary Responsibilities include: Repairs, Maintenance, Campus Operations, Small Projects, and light Custodial.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

 - Technical Skills – basic knowledge and orientation toward hand and power tools, building systems, maintenance, and problem solving within a team environment. Ability to learn and develop new skillsets and take direction well.

- Strong work ethic - Ability to work well with others in a team environment, can demonstrate respect, inclusivity, collaboration, and responsiveness. Welcomes hard work, camaraderie, and new projects.
